EDUCATIONAL OFFER

In the new center, which has sprung up inside PNP’s headquarters, the lab is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 20 participants per course.

Educational offerings are divided into courses for amateurs, basic and specialized courses aimed at professionals or those who already have the basic fundamentals of the profession. Ice cream, pastry, cooking, pizza-making and baking classes will be hosted in the workshop.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONALIZED TRAINING

The Alto Garda Cooking Lab center wants to become a host venue for corporate demos or anyone who has the desire to train and compare.

The individual customized training formula can be important for those who want to open an ice cream shop or pastry shop in Italy or abroad.

Alto Garda Cooking Lab is able to offer 360-degree consulting in both technical, economic, authorization and business promotion aspects, thus offering a turnkey package.

BASIC COURSES

The basic courses are structured in two days of seven hours each to get the maximum attention by the trainee and maximum output by the instructor. These, are aimed at people who have curiosity, those already working in the field or those who want to find in this work a revival and new opportunities for employment or self-entrepreneurship.

BASIC PASTRY COURSES

SPECIALIZATION COURSES

The specialization courses are also structured on two days of seven hours each: they are dedicated to those who already have a minimum of experience in the field, those who wish to deepen their skills or those who simply want to update and compare themselves with their colleagues.

AMATEUR COURSES

Courses for amateurs are offered in the evening after-work hours, from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.; in these the teacher’s theory will alternate with the practice of the students, who will have the opportunity to work and touch the creations.
